Be Alive & Embrace The Pain

embracelight_grande“It takes courage…to endure the sharp pains of self discovery rather than choose to take the dull pain of unconsciousness that would last the rest of our lives.”
Marianne Williamson

We all experience those inconvenient and sometimes painful lessons that life throws our way.  What if we can lean into these experiences and embrace them.  See them as a way to help stretch and grow as a person?

If we did this could we possibly end our suffering?  Heartache, sadness, and fear may still plague us at times, but perhaps we can laugh more, break free quicker and love more easily when we are able to accept the obstacles along our journey.

Magnificent You

“When we stay close to the wisdom of our own knowing, seeking solutions to our problems in the sanctuary of the heart and not in the vanity of the mind, then we can pretty much trust in the unfolding, mysterious wisdom of life.” Marianne Williamson Continue reading
