Energy and Vibrations ~

What if, all of life, is about the exchange of energy.  Food requires energy to grow.  We consume food essential to our growth.  We expend energy.  We attract energy.  Money represents the exchange of energy. Relationships with others transfer energy. All of these transactions happen on a vibrational frequency.  We get “good vibes” from some exchanges.  We get a “bad vibes” from others.  Is it possible this is more than just a saying?

Recalibration; Expectations and Acceptance

If a movie review is terrible, our expectations are low, and it’s doubtful, when our expectations are met, we will be disappointed.  What if a movie with our favorite stars is heralded as the movie of the year?  Will our expectations become unrealistically high? Are we more likely to be disappointed when we discover the only talent existed with the marketing agent!   Expectations often lead to disappointment. So how can we recalibrate our expectations to be joyful and still work toward our goals?  Is it possible to be ambitious and have realistic expectations?   Continue reading

Understanding; Maturity and Wisdom

When we are stuck in how right we are, we lose the ability to mature.  We fail to see the other’s point of view.  Think of it this way; the more we can understand anyone’s point of view the better understanding we gain of the world around us, which is fueled by different people.  The more we understand different people, the more effective we can be in bridging the gap between differences.  In business this can build bridges between departments.  This can win over difficult clients, close difficult customers, and accomplish difficult missions with difficult people.  People stop being “difficult” when we ‘get them’.
